Job Description: Manager – Business Development
Experience: 7 to 10 years

Role Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and solution presentations for IT services and digital offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, finance, domain experts) to develop winning proposals and tailored value propositions.
- Drive opportunity qualification, bid strategy formulation, and proposal storyboarding to maximize win probability.
- Conduct client presentations, workshops, and participate in due diligence sessions.
- Manage proposal planning, content structuring, effort estimation, and pricing coordination.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to strengthen solution positioning.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge assets (pitches, case studies, solution accelerators).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in presales or business development roles within IT services.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, managed services, and technology trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and proposal development skills.
- Proven experience managing large RFPs, proposals, or strategic bids.
- MBA (Full-time) is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
