Manager - OpenLink Endur

Description :

Role and Responsibility :

• Lead end-to-end product management and consulting for Openlink Endur within the Energy & Commodities domain.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business challenges and design effective Endur-based solutions.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and user stories, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions in agile environments.
• Conduct workshops and requirement sessions independently to gather and clarify business needs.
• Manage and influence multiple stakeholders across geographies and business functions.
• Utilize strong analytical and presentation skills to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Mentor junior Product Managers or Analysts and promote best practices within the consulting team.
• Contribute to new business proposals and pre-sales efforts leveraging domain expertise.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and new initiatives within the Endur practice.
