TheSkillGuide is India's first Duolingo-style AI career prep platform that helps students and job aspirants become more employable through AI-powered resume scoring, mock interviews, communication tests, and gamified learning (coins, streaks, leaderboards). Our mission is to make job prep fun, effective, and accessible for every student, especially in Tier-2 / 3 India.

We're looking for energetic Sales & Marketing Interns who can help us grow our student user base, build partnerships, and drive campus-level outreach.

Key Responsibilities ????

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will :

• Promote TheSkillGuide among students via social media, WhatsApp groups, and offline / online events.
• Generate leads and onboard students onto the platform.
• Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training & placement officers (TPOs).
• Assist in designing and executing social media campaigns & content marketing.
• Support growth experiments (referral campaigns, influencer tie-ups, etc.).
• Collect feedback from students and placement officers to improve the product.
• Helping the founder ideate and discuss various growth strategies.

Requirements ????‍????

• College student / recent graduate (any field).
• Strong communication & persuasion skills.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and startups.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp for outreach.
• Prior experience in sales / marketing / campus leadership roles is a plus (but not required).
• Requesting the candidate to explore the product thoroughly before applying.

Duration ⌛️

• 2–3 months internship (flexible with academics).
• Commitment : 15 hours / week.
