Day-to-Day

As a

Program Manager

within the Enterprise Financial Applications PMO, you’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating and supporting financial workstreams such as GL / Treasury, AP, AR, and Practice Management. Your responsibilities will include :

Maintaining visibility across active projects and ensuring consistent documentation and governance.

Partnering with architects and stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, and deliverables.

Leading meetings, tracking milestones, managing risks, and providing status updates.

Supporting delivery using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Engaging in process conversations confidently by leveraging your understanding of finance terminology (e.g., aging reports, invoice processes, payment terms).

Driving stakeholder alignment and managing timelines across multiple methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Strong SAP exposure, clear communication, and foundational finance knowledge are key to success in this role.

Must Haves :

7-9 years of experience in project manager or program manager role

Strong working knowledge of

SAP Finance modules

(AP, AR, GL).

Solid understanding of core finance processes

at a BA level : Treasury :

Payment terms, payment methods, approval levels (DOA), reconciliation, bank files.

Accounts Receivable (AR) :

OTC (Order to Cash), credit, collections, customer payment processes.

Accounts Payable (AP) :

P2P (Procure to Pay), invoice coding, approvals, credit memos, vendor payments.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Strong experience presenting and managing stakeholder relationships

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Must be an Chartered Accountant

Preferred Skills

Experience in cross-functional finance transformation or enterprise PMO support.

Certifications such as CAPM, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus.

Proficiency in project tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, or MS Project.

Ability to work U.S. time zone hours consistently (non-negotiable).
