Work with multiple stakeholders to plan and carry out Change Management as needed.
Use HRIS effectively plan / execute and measure the HR function operations.
Find bottlenecks in the HR process and optimize the same.
Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team. Set and measure their KPIs.
Grooming, mentoring and taking the team members to the next level of maturity.
Create and present KPI reports to management
In-depth knowledge of full cycle HR function and various modules
Self-disciplined and organized with a process driven approach for managing and reporting.
Expertise in HRMS / HRIS tools like Keka / Greythr is a must.
Ability to motivate team members and get best out of them.
