Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
  • Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding their accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes
  • Prepare and submit reports on collection activities and outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
