About The Role

We are looking for a UX Design Intern who is curious, analytical, and user-obsessed. Youll help uncover insights, frame problems, and design flows that make digital products intuitive, meaningful, and delightful. This role is more about how experiences work than how they lookperfect for someone passionate about research, psychology, and interaction design.

What Youll Do

• Conduct user research and interviews to understand needs, pain points, and motivations.
• Translate insights into journey maps, personas, and problem statements.
• Design information architectures, task flows, and low-to-mid fidelity wireframes.
• Run usability tests and analyze feedback to refine user experiences.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure solutions align with user goals and business objectives.
• Document and communicate design rationale clearly for stakeholders.
