We are seeking HIL Validation Engineers who are passionate about automotive systems, testing, and automation to join our client in Chennai l ocation .

Location : Chennai

Experience : 6+ years to 10 years

Notice Period : Immediate joiners

Position : Contract

Domain : Automotive Electronics / Electrical Systems

Skills Required :

• dSPACE, ECU Test Tool, EOL (End of Line) experience, ECU Test Tool — Mandatory
• CAPL / Python scripting experience
• Strong understanding of Electrical & Electronics concepts
• Battery Management System (BMS) knowledge – Preferable
• Experience with CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet protocols, and Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
• Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for automotive ECUs
• Develop and automate test cases using ECUTEST and Python
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and validate DUT performance
• Collaborate with OEM / Tier-1 teams for system validation
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams
