As an IT Infrastructure Senior Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of DOMO’s global infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead critical initiatives such as cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure optimization, enabling business continuity and innovation.

🔹 Your Key Responsibilities

🔹 Act as the primary Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer within the ICT team, designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade hybrid environments across OnPrem and Azure Cloud.

🔹Architect, automate, and optimize infrastructure solutions for security, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency .

🔹Lead cloud migration and modernization projects , ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business objectives.

🔹Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies Veeam Backup and O365 Barracuda Cloud.

🔹Provide expert-level support for complex infrastructure incidents and ensure high service availability.

🔹Monitor performance, security, and compliance with tools such as Azure Monitor and and PRTG.

🔹Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovations.

🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical committees to align infrastructure with strategic goals.

🔹Develop governance policies, documentation, and technical manuals to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

🔹 What You Bring

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical discipline.
• Experience : 15+ years as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in :
• Microsoft Azure and OnPrem-to-Cloud migration .
• VMware and Windows Server environments (2016 / 2022).
• Active Directory, GPO , and Veeam Backup & Replication .
• Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Blob Storage, Azure AD .
• Certifications : VMware VCP, Veeam, AZ-104 minimum, ITIL.
• Skills :
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Project management and leadership experience in global ICT projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international environments.
• Proactive, autonomous, and resilient under pressure.
