About the Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven
- Marketing & Brand Head
- to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand building for our growing company. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels – website, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpointsSales & Promotions Planning
Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROISocial Media & Content Marketing
Oversee social media strategy and content direction Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performanceCampaigns & Brand Initiatives
Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR) Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and salesEvents, Collaborations & Merchandise
Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategiesAnalytics & Insights
Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership Drive decision-making through data and market insightsWhat We're Looking For :
