Marketing & Brand Head

Mumbai | Full-time | On-site

About the Role :

We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven

  • Marketing & Brand Head
  • to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand building for our growing company. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels – website, marketplaces, and quick commerce.

As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals
  • ⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpoints
  • Sales & Promotions Planning

  • ⁠ ⁠Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms
  • ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment
  • ⁠ ⁠Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI
  • Social Media & Content Marketing

  • ⁠ ⁠Oversee social media strategy and content direction
  • ⁠ ⁠Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives
  • ⁠ ⁠Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performance
  • Campaigns & Brand Initiatives

  • ⁠ ⁠Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR)
  • ⁠ ⁠Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and sales
  • Events, Collaborations & Merchandise

  • ⁠ ⁠Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives
  • ⁠ ⁠Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategies
  • Analytics & Insights

  • ⁠ ⁠Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI
  • ⁠ ⁠Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership
  • ⁠ ⁠Drive decision-making through data and market insights
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing
  • Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media
  • Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics
  • Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
