Job Title : IBM Sterling OMS Software Engineer

Location : Remote

Duration : 3+ Months contract

Skills :

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and processes.
• Good command over XPath, Web Console, API, XML, JSON, SQL queries and scripts.
• Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
• Hands on debugging, defect Analysis, and troubleshooting to provide resolution for recurring issues.
• Excellent in Providing technical and functional expertise to drive and resolve issues.
• Should be able to drive automation and bridges during critical issues.
• Have prior experience in eCommerce and the Retail domain will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Sterling Commerce and its customisations.
• Prior experience on development and should be ready to provide 24x7 support during production issues, sale time or a need basis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to multitask with ease.
• Flexibility to move across different languages, technologies, and frameworks.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
• Good communication skills.
