Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a B.Sc. OT Technician at SRHU. The role involves assisting in operating theaters, maintaining sterile techniques, preparing surgical instruments, and supporting surgical teams during operations. Additional responsibilities include equipment maintenance, ensuring effective infection control measures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in OT / clinical settings.
• Knowledge of Operating Room setup, surgical instruments, and sterile procedures
• Skills in equipment maintenance, infection control practices, and patient safety
• Proficiency in documenting surgical procedures and understanding medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Compassionate and respectful attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology
• Prior experience in operation theater settings is an advantage
• Commitment to professional growth and adherence to ethical medical practices
