Role Overview :
As part of the eCommerce Operations team, you will be responsible for onboarding vendors, maintaining product information, and managing the full product life cycle. This role is crucial in supporting Lowe's online business by ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and suppliers, optimizing product information, and contributing to the growth of the business through process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Onboarding & Maintenance :
- Onboard vendors and maintain vendor information as part of online merchandising.
- Provide white glove service to key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Item Setup & Lifecycle Management :
- Work with suppliers and merchants to set up new items on the platform.
- Maintain the integrity of the item life cycle, ensuring products are always up-to-date.
- Monitor the health and integrity of items to ensure data consistency.
- Help establish and maintain business rules and standards for items.
- Stakeholder Communication & Coordination :
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to onboard and maintain products.
- Manage communication between suppliers and merchants regarding product information and item lifecycle maintenance.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Process Improvement :
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support online business growth through process improvement and automation.
- Execute item lifecycle processes, identifying and addressing process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to vendor onboarding, item onboarding, and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution :
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to vendor and item onboarding, maintenance, and cleanup activities.
- Support & Execution of New Processes :
- Support the execution of new processes to enhance Lowe's ability to maintain its library of items.
- Collaboration with Offshore Team :
- Partner with an offshore team to ensure smooth execution of onboarding and maintenance activities.
- Merchandising Process Knowledge :
- Understand the merchandising process related to item status changes, inventory availability, and fulfillment.
Required Qualifications :
