Interface Mapping :

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive

Business Analyst / Product Owner

with deep expertise in the

Capital Markets domain

and the end-to-end

Trade Life Cycle . This critical role will drive transformation initiatives within our Financial Messaging infrastructure, leveraging extensive knowledge of SWIFT standards (ISO 7775 / 15022 / 20022).

Key Responsibilities (Must Have) :

Capital Markets & Trade Lifecycle :

Act as a subject matter expert across the entire

Trade Life Cycle

(Pre-Trade, Execution, Clearing, Settlement, Post-Trade), ensuring all new systems and processes align with capital market best practices.

SWIFT Expertise :

Utilize extensive knowledge of

SWIFT Market Practice

and

Financial Messaging

(ISO 7775 / 15022 / 20022), with hands-on experience in managing

inbound and outbound SWIFT messages .

Transformation & Mapping :

Develop detailed

transaction transformation and interface mapping requirements

using tools such as

IDW

and

DEH .

Agile Leadership : Serve as a

Product Owner

within an Agile framework, defining and prioritizing the backlog to ensure successful delivery of financial messaging projects.

Technical Acumen : Apply strong

SQL / database query skills

for data analysis, validation, and requirements definition.

Complex Implementation :

Lead the

implementation phase of large and complex projects , ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.

Analysis & Innovation :

Ability to

analyze and initiate new concepts / functionality

in a changing environment, gathering pertinent information through research and stakeholder interaction.

Project Management Drive :

Be

proactive and target driven

in achieving successful implementation of projects within defined timelines.

Qualifications (Must Have) :

Domain Expertise :

Extensive experience in the Capital Markets domain

(Securities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, etc.).

SWIFT Knowledge :

Extensive SWIFT Market Practice knowledge .

Experience :

4 to 7 years of experience as an

interface mapping analyst or business analyst .

Education & Tools :

Bachelor’s degree, with experience using

Any Transformation tools .
