Job descriptionProven track record trading Forex and / or Crypto markets. Strong understanding of market analysis and risk control. Experience using MT4 / MT5, cTrader, or equivalent platforms. Self-disciplined with an analytical and data-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results. Experience with algorithmic or automated trading systems. Understanding of technical and macroeconomic analysis. Competitive profit-sharing / performance-based model. Top Traders will be promoted to UAE Office. Access to global liquidity & institutional trading infrastructure. Exposure to multiple markets — Forex, Crypto, Indices, and Commodities. Growth path into senior trading or fund management roles.

Responsibilities
- Execute and manage trades in Forex, Crypto, Indices, Metals, and Energies .
- Apply solid risk management and maintain consistent performance.
- Analyze market data, identify opportunities, and execute trades with precision.
- Develop and optimize trading strategies (manual or EA-based).
- Collaborate with the management team on risk and performance evaluation.
- Maintain detailed trade records and weekly PnL reports.
