Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (B2B) based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for market research, client presentations, and contract negotiations. The role requires regular reporting to senior management and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure aligned business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the immigration or education consultancy industry is a plus
