Technical Certification developer

We are looking for a talented Technical Certification Developer to produce and maintain Certification and Assessment assets perform operational processes and be the primary point of contact between the Certification and Curriculum Development teams.

What you get to do in this role :

• Develop and maintain Certification Exam Items to assess technical proficiency of the Now Platform.
• Map competencies in Certification Pools to terminal course objectives.
• Lead a training portfolios Psychometric Analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain Certification Simulator Test Items.
• Develop and maintain Certification Test Prep eLearning videos.
• Develop and maintain Certification supporting documentation (e.g. Blueprints course descriptions and other specification docs).
• Develop and maintain Certification results reporting and analytics.
• Act as a liaison between the Certification and Curriculum Development teams.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop high quality and accurate Certification exam items and supporting assets.
• Adhere to timelines and schedules for product deliverables and maintain up to date and accurate project plans throughout the duration of the project.
• Review test items created by other item writers for quality and adherence to project standards and specifications.
• Pro-actively create / improve operational processes.
