The Associate AI Applications Engineer helps our Business Applications teams build, harden, and ship AI capabilities—copilots, agent workflows, and intelligent automations—into production across Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and adjacent line‑of‑business systems. The role focuses on last‑mile engineering : secure integrations, CI / CD, test & release, telemetry, and runbook operations so that pilots become reliable, supportable products for clients. You'll collaborate closely with solution architects, app consultants, and data engineers to translate designs into operational, governed AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS / SE / IS or equivalent experience
• Fundamentals in Azure or Power Platform; comfort with Git and basic CI / CD
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL; scripting in Python or TypeScript / C#
• Familiarity with LLM concepts (prompt design, grounding, evaluation) and software delivery lifecycle (Agile / sprints)
• Strong written / verbal communication in a client‑facing consulting environment
