Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Kitchen Manager with a minimum of 7 years of professional kitchen experience to oversee daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high food quality, hygiene standards, cost control, and efficient team management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all kitchen operations on a daily basis
- Plan menus in coordination with senior management or executive chef
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Control food costs, portioning, and wastage
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
- Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Handle equipment maintenance and kitchen safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
