Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the conceptualization and development of high-end interior and architectural projects
- Create design visions, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentation drawings
- Oversee BOQs, GFCs, and comprehensive design documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for sourcing, approvals, and execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, uphold design intent, and resolve on-site challenges
- Mentor and guide the design team, fostering collaboration and efficient delivery
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure projects achieve design excellence while adhering to timelines and budgets
