Cognite, a global leader in Industrial AI and SaaS, is expanding its footprint in India and were looking for a Principal Product Manager to be our first product hire in the region.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape our data ingestion platform, Cognite Data Fusion Extractors, that enables real-time, AI-powered decision-making across global industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for industrial data ingestion and integration tools.
Drive AI-powered innovation by enabling smart, scalable, and low-touch configuration solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams across Product, Engineering, and Design to build world-class data products.
Build seamless integrations with industrial systems such as OPC UA, OSIsoft PI, MES, SCADA, and more.
Establish and scale the product function in India, mentoring local talent and contributing to Cognites global product strategy.

What Were Looking For :

Proven experience (8+ years) in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, AI / ML, or industrial tech domains.

Strong background in data platforms, integration frameworks, or working with OT (Operational Technology) data.

Hands-on experience defining technical product roadmaps and working closely with engineering teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global-first mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and distributed environment.
