Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer, located in Madurai. The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves financial management and communication with stakeholders to support business growth.
