Job Title : Solution Architect – Banking & Financial Applications

Experience Level : 15+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services applications , who can lead solutioning and refactoring initiatives across complex enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET , Java , and Data Engineering , with experience in Snowflake and modern cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead architecture and solution design for large-scale financial applications.
  • Drive modernization and refactoring of legacy systems into scalable, cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy, architecture patterns, and integration approaches.
  • Provide technical leadership across .NET and Java-based platforms.
  • Design and implement data engineering pipelines with Snowflake and other modern data platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations and security standards.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of financial systems.
  • Mentor development teams and guide them on best practices in software engineering and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in architecting and solutioning Banking / Financial Services applications .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) .
  • Solid experience in Data Engineering , especially with Snowflake , ETL / ELT pipelines, and data models.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with API design, integration patterns, and enterprise messaging systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial domain concepts such as payments, lending, risk, compliance, and core banking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g. Azure Architect).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to AI / ML use cases in financial applications is a plus.
