Job Title : Assistant Manager - HR Projects & Analytics

Role Summary :

The role is responsible for driving strategic HR projects and leveraging data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making. The incumbent will partner with business and HR leaders to design, implement, and monitor key HR initiatives, ensuring process excellence, digital enablement, and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Projects & Transformation

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects such as HR digital transformation, policy revamps, process automation, and organization restructuring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency through project-based interventions.
• Develop project charters, timelines, and governance structures;

track milestones and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
