Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing and guiding team members, and ensuring that operational benchmarks are met consistently.

To head the operations in the Security and guarding vertical. Client relations & sales will be the priority.

Qualifications

• Operations Management skills and the ability to develop and implement operational strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Proven Team Management skills for guiding and managing team members effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for facilitating clear and coherent inter-departmental dialogue
• Relevant experience in a similar role and a proven track record of operational excellence for a minimum of 10years in the Industry.
