About Us :

Digital Hub Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Specialist to join our expanding digital marketing and web development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through customized digital and web solutions for clients worldwide.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist with strong knowledge of digital marketing and website development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential clients into qualified leads through strategic outreach and data-driven techniques. This role also includes regular monitoring and reporting of weekly and monthly performance metrics.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities in Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads) and Web Development (PHP, Laravel, WordPress, React, etc.)
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct outreach and others
  • Prepare and present custom proposals and quotes aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and tech) to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain and update sales activities in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Achieve and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements :

✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales for digital marketing or IT / web development services

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

✅ Proven record of closing deals with international clients (US / UK preferred)

✅ Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or email automation tools

✅ Understanding of marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, Branding, Web Design)

✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and tech-savvy

Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms for B2B lead generation.
  • Ability to create basic proposals or presentations for client pitches.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus.
