Job descriptionFluency in Tamil & English (spoken & written) Strong understanding of reel videos and metrics Write scripts that feel real and not like an ad, which makes people relate to it Come up with impromptu ideas, innovative formats, trends and have a data driven approach Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to bring concepts to life & live. Maintain the TAT (Turn Around Time) for videos by collaborating with the creative team. Which means yours ideas will be written, shot and executed all on the same day. Minimum 2 year of scriptwriting or copywriting experience Ability to write in a tone that connects with Tier 2,3 and below. Understanding of storytelling, humor, and audience engagement Can work in a fast paced environment and be able to make a reel look like a free flow story Immediate joiner preferred
