Full Stack Engineer

As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll architect the backbone of these systems — building real-time applications that connect speech AI, large language models, and data intelligence into one seamless user experience.

This is not a typical web dev role — it’s full-stack engineering at the edge of AI innovation. You’ll work with real-time speech streaming, LLM pipelines, and GPU-powered infrastructures that push what’s technically possible.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain web and admin dashboards (React / Next.js, FastAPI / Django) for AI agent management, live call analytics, and data visualizations.

Develop secure, scalable backend APIs for LLM, speech AI, and CRM integrations.

Work with AI and Speech teams to integrate voice, NLP, and RAG pipelines into user-facing systems.

Optimize real-time systems for low-latency AI interactions and concurrent user loads.

Collaborate with DevOps for continuous integration and deployment across cloud and on-prem GPU servers .

Ensure strong code quality, modularity, and security through best practices and automated testing.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.

Preferred Qualification

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI Systems Development.

Certifications in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) or Full-Stack Development .

Advanced coursework or experience in distributed systems or AI integrations .

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
