We're looking for an Investor Relations Intern to support our fundraising, investor communications, and stakeholder management efforts. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of investor relations in a high-growth fintech / Web3 startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing investor decks, pitch materials, and briefing documents for fundraising meetings
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support investor narratives and positioning
• Track and organize investor pipelines, outreach activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Draft and edit investor updates, newsletters, and communication templates
• Support leadership in due diligence processes by collating required financial and operational data
• Build & maintain an organized database of investors, VCs, family offices, and strategic partners
• Help prepare reports and insights on fundraising progress and investor engagement metrics
• Monitor fintech and Web3 fundraising trends, deal activity, and investor movements
• Participate in internal meetings and take notes to ensure action items are followed up
• Provide administrative and coordination support for investor events, demo days, and roadshows
