Power BI Lead

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Power Bi Developer / Business Intelligence Engineer to lead our Business Intelligence operations in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team developing reporting, dashboards, working with PBI power user ensuring governance and standards are respected and followed. Working closely with our data team integrating reports and dashboards with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to enhance business insights, and self-service analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Power BI Team

• Requirement Gathering, Performed needs assessment, Impact Analysis with Business Users for reporting and analytical projects.
• Analyzed data flow and gathered Business requirements to create design documentation.
• Participated in translating key Business requirements into technical specifications
• To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
• To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI
• To design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis
• To create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations
• Oversee delivery of PBI team including power users
• Provide guidelines and standards for report and dashboard delivery.
• Define KPIs for measuring performance, user adaption and improvement opportunities
