Backend Developer - Python / Golang / C++

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team at 91hr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring seamless performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality software :

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Golang, or C++.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Evaluate code quality, security, and performance through best coding practices and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best :
• 3-5 years of experience in Backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or C++.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Able to solve complex back-end challenges and work with multiple teams and ensure deliverables are closed.
• Follow best coding practices to deliver high quality outcomes in given time
• Able to leverage LLMs to increase productively in day-to-day work.
• Likes to take ownership and work without a lot of guidance
