Senior Video and Motion Designer

About The Role

We're looking for a multidisciplinary video creator who blends motion design artistry, sharp visual storytelling, and hands-on production skills . You'll bring Testsigma's product stories to life across formats — from feature explainers and launch films to live-action shoots, podcasts, and brand campaigns.

You'll thrive here if you can move fluidly between After Effects and a camera rig , between storyboards and editing timelines , and between high-level narrative design and pixel-level perfection .

What You'll Do

Video & Motion Design

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for product explainers, launch videos, ads, and social content.
• Build modular visual systems and dynamic motion templates for scalable storytelling across features.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to visualize complex product concepts in simple, elegant ways.
• Edit and post-produce UI walkthroughs, screen demos, and feature overview videos with clean transitions, voiceovers, and callouts.
