Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales / Telecaller to engage with incoming leads, explain project details, and convert enquiries into site visits for our apartment project in Bangalore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so communication and confidence are key.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to new enquiries and incoming leadsExplain project details, pricing, amenities, and location highlights clearlyUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurationsConvert enquiries into confirmed site visits with consistent follow-upsMaintain accurate call logs and lead information in CRMCoordinate with CRM / Sales team for smooth handover of site visit leadsStay updated on project features, offers, and inventoryMeet daily / weekly calling targetsHandle customer questions professionally and escalate when neededQualifications
Comfortable with continuous outbound callingStrong verbal communication + professional phone etiquetteFast learner with ability to explain project details with confidenceResilient attitude — able to handle rejection and stay motivatedGood follow-up discipline and attention to detailBasic computer skills + CRM familiarityPrior telecalling / customer service experience is a plusGood command of English + regional languages used in BangaloreAbout Keerthi Estates Pvt.
