We are looking for experienced software developers with :

    • Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze requirements / specifications / acceptance criteria to design effective test scenarios
  • Design comprehensive test cases based on the test scenarios identified
  • Execute functional test cases to validate the functionalities; identify, document, and report defects in appropriate tracking tools
  • Perform regression / load / performance testing to ensure changes to the applications do not adversely affect existing functionalities
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, defect reports and relevant testing metrics
  • Collaborate with test leads, development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks / test scripts to facilitate automated testing
  • Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing Addition responsibilities for Senior associate :
  • Lead the testing efforts and ensure cordination with App team dev leads
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and QA lead to provide feedback on performance testing results
  • Provide detailed test reports and summaries to stakeholders, highlighting test coverage, test results, and quality metrics

    • Skill sets

  • Proven experience in performance testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
  • Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver for browser automation
  • Knowledge of Selenium Grid for distributed test execution
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as PerfMon, nmon, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Ability to analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
  • Experience with cloud-based performance testing
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit (for Java), NUnit (for C#), or PyTest / UnitTest (for Python).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively work with web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code management.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI to integrate automated tests into the development pipeline.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA etc. for defect tracking.
  • Understanding of RESTful services and experience with tools like Postman or RestAssured for API testing.
  • Basic SQL knowledge to perform database validations and queries for data verification
  • Experience in cross-browser testing and understanding of browser compatibility issues
  • Exposure to Agile methodology

  • ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL)
  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA)
  • ISTQB Test Automation Engineering (CTAL-TAE)
