Job description

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of building products from scratch. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with early-stage products either at startups or within large companies, driving 0-to-1 product will be comfortable translating ideas into MVPs and beyond. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver products that solve real customer problems.

Responsibilities :

  • Product Ownership : Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iterating based on customer feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and other documentation to guide cross-functional teams.
  • 0-to-1 Development : Drive MVP creation and early product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with engineering, design, and business teams to define product scope, priorities, and timelines.
  • Market Research : Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and market studies to identify opportunities and product gaps.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make informed decisions to improve product adoption and retention.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Be the voice of the customer in all product discussions, ensuring the end-user experience is at the heart of every decision.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of working with early-stage products in startups or within large organizations, building products from scratch (0-to-1).
  • Experience in building MVPs and scaling them into fully functional products.
  • Hands-on experience in writing PRDs, BRDs, and user stories, and maintaining product documentation for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with product metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environments.
