Job Title : Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We're building a fast-moving content team and are looking for a hands-on Video Creator + Editor who lives and breathes storytelling.

Your job is to ideate, produce, and edit videos across formats — from short Reels to full-length explainers, brand stories, and course content.

If you're someone who loves crafting narratives, experimenting with AI tools, and can turn loose ideas into visually engaging videos — you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Ideate, script, shoot (or source), and edit videos of all types — Reels, YouTube videos, ads, product demos, explainers, and interviews.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, OpusClip, and Synthesia for idea generation, scripting, and enhancing visuals.
• Edit using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve — adding strong pacing, color grading, sound design, and captions.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and marketing teams to maintain consistent tone and storytelling.
• Research trending styles, formats, and effects to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze performance metrics (watch time, retention, saves) and use insights to improve future videos.
