Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Coordinator to support our automotive operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience as a car mechanic or automotive technician, specifically in the maintenance and repair of personal four-wheeler vehicles. In addition, the candidate must possess basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. This role requires coordination across teams and the ability to manage technical documentation and operational workflows.
Technical Coordination
- Perform initial vehicle diagnostics and assist in assessing maintenance or repair needs.
- Support the operations team in managing inspection processes and quality checks.
- Ensure all technical activities align with internal standards and customer expectations.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, repair history, and service updates.Use MS Excel and Google Sheets to track workflow progress, inspection status, and other key operational metrics.Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports as required.Interdepartmental Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams such as quality control, sales, and logistics to ensure efficient processing and movement of vehicles.Communicate effectively with vendors, technicians, and other stakeholders to streamline operations.Customer and Team Support
Provide support to internal teams by offering technical insights related to vehicle repairs and servicing.Assist in resolving issues related to vehicle condition, documentation, or process delays.Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Car Mechanic or Automotive Technician specializing in four-wheeler personal vehicles.Proficiency in basic computer operations , including MS Excel and Google Sheets .Graduate in any stream from a recognized institution (must have completed education; candidates currently pursuing studies will not be considered).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with automotive documentation and inspection workflows.Experience working in an organized service center or automotive operations team.Understanding of vehicle systems such as engines, suspensions, transmissions, and electricals.Perks and benefits
