Job description6+ years in content, branding, communications, career coaching or similar. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and how recruiters / hiring managers scan profiles. Excellent written communication – clear, structured, professional but human. Proven ability to turn vague experience into sharp, compelling positioning. Comfortable working with templates, frameworks and repeatable systems (not just one-off copy). Should be fluent in the English language (Written and Verbal) Experience publishing digital content (guides, eBooks, templates) on platforms like Gumroad or similar. Experience with AI writing tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to speed up drafting and ideation. A strong personal LinkedIn presence or portfolio of transformed profiles / content. Should be able to share previous work

We’re looking for a Personal Branding Specialist who can help professionals across a wide range of industries – from tech, product, finance and consulting to pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, creative fields, aviation, aeronautics and more – tell their story better online.
You’ll work with early–mid career professionals to sharpen how they show up on LinkedIn and other platforms, build trust with their audience, and position themselves for better opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Review and upgrade LinkedIn / professional profiles (headline, About, Experience, Featured).
- Craft authentic stories around a person’s journey, projects and impact.
- Create content ideas and templates (posts, carousels, simple video concepts, long-form guides / eBooks).
- Help users activate and grow their personal brand communities (audience, niche networks, followers).
- Track hiring and content trends across sectors (from tech to pharma to aeronautics & beyond) and turn them into playbooks, checklists and examples.
