As a Commercial Sustainability Team Lead you will play a crucial role in leading the team which is engaged in working with top global customers (Key Clients) of Maersk to develop and implement sustainable propositions with a specific focus on emission visibility and biofuel adoption. Your expertise in sustainability initiatives will enable our customers to achieve their sustainability goals while driving positive environmental impact. We enable our customers get closer to their pursuit of achieving Net Zero. The role is Commercial in nature.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a sustainability-focused role preferably within the shipping or logistics industry and at least 35 years of demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.

Responsibilities :

1. Sustainable Solution Development :

• Collaborate with key clients to understand their sustainability objectives and challenges.
• Propose develop and present innovative sustainable solutions tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
• Create & build value propositions addressing the carbon footprint of our customers by proposing adoption of bio fuels for their logistics operations among other products.
