Intermediate Project Manager – Building Construction

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently manage medium to large-scale building construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities while ensuring timelines, quality, and budget goals are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop detailed project plans with defined timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee daily site execution to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
Prepare and present weekly / monthly progress reports covering schedule, cost, and quality.
Manage contract variations, approvals, and compliance activities.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and monitor budget performance.
Lead coordination meetings among civil, MEP, and architectural teams to resolve issues.
Ensure HSE compliance and promote a safe working environment.
Utilize project management software (e.G., Primavera or MS Project) for scheduling and tracking.
Qualifications & Experience :
PMP Certification preferred.
6–9 years of experience in managing multi-storey building construction projects.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and reporting tools.
