Description
- GTI has articulated a bold new vision and strategy to deliver a radical change to the provision of Infrastructure services for Deutsche Bank Group. GTI Transformation comprises two Key Deliverables programs : Hybrid Cloud Transformation and End User Computing Transformation, plus smaller initiatives which are focused on advancing Automation & Tooling. The Solution Authority Business Case team is responsible for developing and updating the multi- year business case underpinning GTI’s transformation strategy.
- In this role you will support the development and ongoing enhancement of the multi-year GTI transformation business case and monitor delivery of financial benefits.

Partner with existing internal and external project / programme management teams and finance to build a holistic integrated business case including financial benefits / impactHelp define and monitor KPIs to track performance of the GTI Transformation programmeCollaborate with GTI Transformation KD teams and Control Tower to ensure any deviations from delivery plans are factored into business case and performance KPIsPartner with GTI COO and Finance to ensure alignment to bank-wide financial planning and forecasting requirementsSupport the production of high-quality materials for regular governance meetings to convey progress against planIdentify opportunities for process automation and improvement wherever possibleYour skills and experience
Experience in governance and oversight of large-scale technology transformation programmesStrong financial modelling skills demonstrating attention to detail and high bar in terms of output quality and clarity of conclusionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels (internal and external)Relevant experience in the Financial Services industryPrevious experience with JIRA, Tableau and Python is a bonusHow we’ll support you
