About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Lead to drive growth in IT services and products across India, the UK, and Europe . The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, identify business opportunities, and work closely with delivery and presales teams to achieve revenue goals. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 Business Development Executives, ensuring alignment with revenue and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for IT Services (Managed QA Services, Development Services) and IT Products.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline through tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and CRM systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India, the UK, and Europe, establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and solution presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including RFP / RFQ responses, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to ensure the team meets key business metrics.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Represent Test Yantra at client meetings, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to enhance business positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales(QA, Development or Engineering), preferably within a technology consulting or services organisation.
  • Strong experience in leadership and business development across global markets.
  • Excellent understanding of Managed Services, Software Development, and Digital Transformation offerings.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience managing international clients in the UK and European regions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho, Hubspot and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a technology services organisation selling to enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, contract negotiation, and proposal management.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices during sales cycles.
