We’re building the next generation of flame-retardant, ballistic, and protective fabrics for defense, aerospace, and industrial applications — and we’re looking for a visionary Head of R&D to lead that mission.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end innovation in technical textiles, from fiber selection to finished fabric.
Develop aramid, modacrylic, FR viscose, and hybrid blends for flame, heat, and ballistic protection.
Translate customer requirements, DRDO / ISRO specs, and ISO / ASTM standards into scalable solutions.
Oversee testing, certification, and commercialization of new product developments.
Collaborate with production, quality, and global partners to bring lab innovations to market.
Mentor a passionate team of R&D engineers and textile technologists.

What We’re Looking For

B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Textile Technology, Material Science, or Polymer Engineering.

6 - 8 years of experience in technical or protective textiles (IFR, ballistic, FR workwear, or defense fabrics).

Deep expertise in weaving, dyeing, and finishing of high-performance fibers.

Knowledge of ISO 15025, EN 469, ASTM D6413, or similar international standards.

Curious, hands-on leader with strong analytical and experimental rigor.
