About the Role :

We're seeking a versatile Content Writer & Social Media Executive who can craft engaging and informative content for our custom CS-Cart eCommerce modules and technical blogs , while also managing and growing our social media presence . You should be both a skilled writer and a digital-savvy communicator who understands how to present technical content in a user-friendly way and promote it effectively across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Writing

  • Write clear, detailed, and SEO-optimized content for CS-Cart modules (features, benefits, guides)
  • Create blog posts on eCommerce trends, product updates, and best practices
  • Develop product descriptions, landing page content, and user documentation
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand technical features and translate them into readable content

Social Media Management

  • Create and manage social media calendars (Instagram, )
  • Design and publish posts promoting blogs, modules, updates, and company highlights
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and grow the community
  • Track performance and analytics to optimize post strategy and audience engagement

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in content writing, especially for SaaS or eCommerce products
  • Strong understanding of grammar, clarity, structure, and tone
  • Ability to simplify complex tech concepts for non-technical users
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills

    • Bonus Skills :

  • Familiarity with CS-Cart or other eCommerce platforms
  • Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Spark, or Figma for social media creatives
  • Experience with content management systems like WordPress
  • Video editing skills for Reels or short feature overviews
