About the role

Our client is seeking a Team Lead - Recruitment Coordinator to oversee talent acquisition operations across multiple regions. The role requires leadership, operational excellence, and discretion in managing sensitive hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the TA Operations team of recruitment coordinators to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Manage end-to-end interview coordination for senior-level and confidential hires.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or high-priority recruitment cases.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to enhance candidate experience.
• Review and optimize TA processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support.
• Prepare operational reports and insights for leadership.
