Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Senior AI Voice Bot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for natural language processing, voice interface technology, and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered voice bots that deliver seamless user interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop AI voice bots leveraging open-source LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar models.
• Fine-tune and customize open-source models to suit project requirements.
• Integrate voice recognition and synthesis technologies to create natural interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to ensure alignment and technical excellence.
• Maintain and improve existing voice bot systems based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in open-source LLMs, NLP, and voice AI technologies.
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes for internal use and future scalability.
