Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining & updating the employee health records.
- To conduct medical examination of employees at the required frequency (as and when required with respect to statutory obligations)
- To check pre-employment medical reports and give fitness confirmation / recommendations for candidates.
- To suggest medicines, different test & other care to be taken by the employees (as a part of follow up treatment / consultation)
- To ensure proper keeping of health data record and Medical center administration.
- To provide guidance in preparation of the list of antidotes & preparing disaster plan.
- To support in investigations of accident case & set procedure to take preventive actions.
- To give proper medical guidance with respect to hygienic condition.
- To train in house nurse staff on how to handle emergency & other medical cases.
- To ensure that the Quality, Health, Safety, Energy and Environment policy and procedure are followed.
- To follow all SOPs related to medical checkup and Ambulance room facility.
- To ensure functioning of Ambulance room and first aid facility.
- Maintaining records / Maintenance of Ambulance van and first aid box
- Ensuring proper functioning of all equipment installed in Ambulance room / van.
- To assist in day to day activities and to implement the system / procedures / polices as per instructions.
