• Test Planning & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts for WLAN products, including Access Points, Stations, and Wi-Fi Direct functionalities.
• Automation : Automate test cases to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Defect Management : Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking systems; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of test plans, cases, results, and defect reports.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in product design reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement in testing processes.
