Role & responsibilities
- Maintain Lodha Luxury Standards : Ensure that the highest quality of Lodha Luxury standards is upheld at all times within the office premises, reflecting the brand's image and reputation.
- Reinforce Standards with Associates : Regularly communicate, monitor, and ensure that associates adhere to the set office standards and protocols, including personal appearance, behavior, and communication.
- Advisory Role : Provide guidance to Lodha associates and visitors on a continuous basis regarding the dos and donts in the office environment, promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Regular Audits : Conduct routine audits across all floors to assess adherence to company standards. Provide corrective feedback on appearance, behavior, and communication where necessary to maintain office decorum.
- Training & Development : Organize and conduct training sessions on OLP standards, infrastructure, amenities, and best practices for associates. Ensure that each floor, cabin, and workstation is maintained according to these standards.
- Engagement Activities : Develop and conduct engagement activities and initiatives for associates, on a need basis, to promote a positive work culture and increase overall team morale and productivity.
