Roles & Responsibilities :

Overall 5+ years of experience into MDM and Tibco EBX

• Incident and Problem Management : Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Advanced Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve highly complex technical problems related to TIBCO EBX architecture , performance, data models, workflows, and APIs. Analyze logs, system metrics, and database performance to pinpoint issues.
• System Administration and Monitoring : Perform TIBCO EBX administration tasks such as server and API configuration , installation, upgrades, and performance tuning. Monitor application and server health and proactively address potential issues based on alerts and warnings.
• Maintenance and Deployment : Assist development teams with application deployment into production and other environments. Support the lifecycle management of EBX applications, including applying patches and hotfixes
• Technical Expertise : Deep hands-on expertise with the TIBCO EBX platform, including data modeling, workflows, user interfaces, access rules, and data services (REST / SOAP) .Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and EBX APIs for advanced customization and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of relational databases.
• Master Data Management Concepts : Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, data quality, and data stewardship.
